However, the institute felt that human services should be rendered to the people by preparing nurses to meet the demands and thus the college of nursing was established on 24/07/2010& liation from?got af Govt. of C.G Health & Family Welfare Department, Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi & C.G State Nurses Registration Council, Raipur. The college is governed by Dr. Devendra Naik (Medical Director), CA Nitin Patel (Nursing Director) and Mrs. Neeta Naik (Managing Director) The college of nursing works in collaboration with Shri Balaji Super –Specialty Hospital (SBSH) which is a 1050 bedded (central India's biggest private hospital ) modern & state of the art tertiary care centre located in the heart of Raipur, the capital city of Chhattisgarh. The hospital is easily approachable from local railway station, Bus Stand & airport. It was inaugurated on 15/02/2009.

The staffs of school of nursing believe that the general course in nursing is formal education preparation which should be based on sound educational principles. We believe that we have responsibility to the student and to society to make provision in the program for continued development of the student as an individual and as the citizen as well as nurse. We believe that the nursing profession is art who develop skill standard in both hospital and community. Our concept of nursing is based on the INC definition of the unique function of the nurse, which is?do to assist an individual, sick if well in the performance of those activities contributing to health or its recovery.
