Admission procedure

1. The Selected candicate have to produce original ceriticate of 10th and 12th, migration, transfer cate, Mark-sheet and adhar card and charactercerti cate at the time of admission.
2. The candidate should undergo medical exmination at cate alongnal certiDist/Govt hospital and have with declaration counter signed by parents that he/she does not suffer from any chronic disability which is not easily diagnosed during medical examination. However if the student is found to be suffering from any such disabilies with three month he/she will be terminated and his/her vaccination status is to be ascertained.
3. The candidate has to deposit full amount of prescribed fees in 2-3 Installment.
4. The candidate shall pay prescribed fees at time of admission and every year.
5. No fee will be refundable under any circumstances.
6. Fee one deposited will not be refunded.
7. Enrolment Fee, Migration fee, and exmination fee will be paid by the student as per university rules.

RULES AND REGULATION FOR ADMISSION

1. विद्यार्थी को 75% वर्ग में सम्मिलित होना होगा।
2. यह एक रेगुलर कोर्स है आप यह न समझे की बिना क्लास किये आपको सम्पूर्ण डिग्री मिल जाएगी संस्था समय पर जरूरत के अनुसार कभी भी बुला सकती है।
3. हॉस्टल का फीस प्रति माह जो भी तय होता है प्रत्येक बर्ष का अग्रिम राशि कॉलेज को देना होगा, अन्यथा हॉस्टल से निष्कासित कर दिया जायेगा।
4. नामांकन से पहले कॉलेज को प्रति वर्ष / सेमेस्टर का पूरा फीस जमा करना होगा, फीस जमा न होने के तत्पश्चात आपका नामांकन नहीं किया जायेगा, एवं जमा राशि अग्रिम के तौर पर दिए गए किसी भी हालत में वापस नहीं होगा।
5. कॉलेज के सभी बार्षिक और अर्धबार्षिक परीक्षा में शामिल होना होगा, कौंसिल द्वारा लिए जाने वाले परीक्षा में किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति के द्वारा परीक्षा दिलवाने पर कोसिल सख्त करवाई करेगी जिसके जिम्मेवार खुद विधार्थी होंगे।
6. परीक्षाफल की कोई गारण्टी / जबाबदेही कॉलेज के पास या किसी कॉउंसलर या व्यक्तिगत / एजेंट हर हल में नहीं देगी, परीक्षा का परिणाम आयेगा उसे स्वीकार करना होगा अतः सभी बातो को गौर से पढ़ने और समझने के बाद ही अपना नामांकन कराये।
7. सही समय पर फीस जमा नहीं करने पर बकाया राशि पर प्रति माह 5% का शेष जोड़कर फीस के रूप में लिया जायेगा।
8. फीस जमा सम्बन्धी आपको 15 से 30 दिन पहले सूचित कर दिया जायेगा, अगर सही समय पर आपको फीस सम्बंधित सुचना नहीं दी जाती है तो शेष के रूप में 5% राशि आपसे नहीं ली जाएगी और उसका भुगतान संस्था और एजेंट करेंगी।
9. सभी विधार्थियों को रहना, खाना, पीना, आना जाना ये सभी व्यवस्था खुद करना होगा।
10. फार्म भरने के बाद परीक्षा न देने या तबियत खराब होने की स्थिति में तुरंत कॉलेज और एजेंट को संपर्क करना होगा।
11. दुबारा फार्म भरना, रेवलुएशन प्रेक्टिकल का फीस अलग से देना होगा एवं प्रैक्टिकल या असाइनमेंट कॉपी स्वयं बनाना होगा।
12. नामांकन से पहले प्रत्येक विधार्थी को इन सभी बातो को समझकर 100 रुपये की नोटरी स्टॉम्प पेपर पर लिखित ली जाएगी जिसपर विद्यार्थी और अभिभावक का नाम और सिगनेचर होगा।
13. अगर आप इन सभी बातों को पढ़कर समझ लिया है तभी आप नामांकन ले अन्यथा बाद में आपसे पुरे कोर्स का फीस अधिकार संस्था या एजेंट रखता है।
14. आपकी राय और हमारी राप से आप संतुष्ट है तब आगे बढ़े अन्यथा तीन दिन के अंदर आपके दिए पैसे रिफंड कर दिए जायेंगे बाद में संस्था या व्यक्तिगत कोई जिम्मेवार नहीं होगा।
15. एजेंट द्वार सही नामांकन का या कॉलेज का नाम तभी बताएगी जब कॉलेज की हर तरफ से मान्यता मिल जायेगी, समय के अनुसार कॉलेज में बदलाव भी किया जा सकता है, जब को कोई कॉलेज के प्रति कोई समस्या या मान्यता रद्द होने की स्थिति में किया जायेगा।
16. अगर आप ऊपर दिए गए नियम से सहमत है तो अपना हस्ताक्षर करें और अपना मोबाइल नंबर दें।

RULES AND REGULATION FOR ADMISSION

1. The student will have to appear in 75% of the class.
2. This is a regular course, you should not think that you will get the complete degree without taking classes, the institution can call anytime according to the need.
3. The hostel fee per month, whatever is fixed, will have to be paid in advance to the college for every year, otherwise they will be expelled from the hostel.
4. Before enrolment, the college will have to deposit the full fee per year/semester, after non-deposit of fee, your enrollment will not be done, and the deposit given as advance will not be returned under any circumstances.
5. Will have to appear in all the annual and half-yearly examinations of the college, in the examination conducted by the council, the council will take strict action if any other person conducts the examination, for which the students themselves will be responsible.
6. No guarantee/responsibility of the examination result will be given by the college or any counselor or individual/agent in any case, whatever result will come will have to be accepted, so enroll yourself only after reading and understanding everything carefully.
7. If the fee is not deposited on time, a balance of 5% per month on the balance amount will be charged as fee.
8. You will be informed about the fee deposit 15 to 30 days in advance, if you are not informed about the fees at the right time, then 5% amount will not be taken from you as the balance and it will be paid by the organization and the agent.
9. All the students will have to make their own arrangements for living, eating, drinking, coming and going.
10. After filling the form, in case of not giving the exam or in case of ill health, the college and the agent will have to be contacted immediately.
11. Fee for filling the form again, revaluation, practical will have to be paid separately and practical or assignment copy will have to be made by oneself.
12. Before enrolling every student, after understanding all these things, will be taken in writing on a notary stamp paper of Rs.100, on which the name and signature of the student and guardian will be there.
13. If you have read and understood all these things, then only you should enroll, otherwise the institution or agent has the right to charge you the fees for the entire course later.
14. If you are satisfied with your opinion and our opinion, then go ahead, otherwise within three days your money will be refunded, later the organization or individual will not be responsible.
15. The agent will tell the correct nomination or the name of the college only when the college is recognized from all sides, according to the time the college can also be changed, when there is any problem towards the college or in case of cancellation of recognition .
